Cleaver update!!

Been a while since I have been on the page! Hope everyone is well. I wanted to let everyone know we are selling the cataraft and trailer due to lack of use. The drift boat has been the float craft of choice now. If anyone is interested give me a ring. I would rather sell it to someone we know than not. Thought I would attach some pics of this falls steelhead trip. Slayed 'em. We sold the pickup camper also and now have a trailer so I'll be bringing it up to the Lochsa this spring and will be bumming rides so let me know if you have room. Ed will be safer that way too. Middle Fork

Here are some random pictures of a great trip down the Middle Fork. Angela posted 40 of them on her facebook page but you have to be friends with her. Another epic adventure with nice weather, good fishing, and great times.

Trying to enjoy summer

Now that I'm fully educated on what the hell a pee shiver is (yeah Eddie, I had NEVER heard of this before) I figured it's about time someone posted something new!
This is what is putting a big damper on our summer adventures and social lives....but once this monster is finished I'm sure it will all be worth it!


Braving the cold ass weather for a festive 4th of July Float on the Blackfoot, fishing wasn't the best but the views were nice and the beers and beverages were cold!

On our last weekend of freedom before the big build starts, we headed to the Pintlers for some camping, being chowed on by a ton of pesky skeeters and some sweet creek fishing. The fishing was awesome and for once I didn't even have to get out the trusty spin rod since the water was actually clear and perfect for dry fly fishing. All the fish were small but really fun to catch so it was well worth the skeeter attacks!

Interesting Fact

Women don't get pee shivers. Most women don't even know what they are. I just learned this fact last weekend after 36 years on this planet. Hmmmmmmmm...what other secrets does the universe hold?

Lochsa May 7-9

May be looking to head to the Lochsa. Will take off Friday and head up Thursday night with Dave. (My friend from the North Fork Of the clearwater trip a few years back.) Billy is thinking about coming up also. Andrea will come up Friday night if she can't get the day off. Let me know if you're interested. We will get yaker camp if possible or we can do wilderness gateway. She's at 4.5' and it will be a short season this year.
We are now looking at the weekend of May 7th, need to get the new batteries installed in the camper and would like to avoid the madhouse that is rendevous weekend. Let me know!
