Does anyone read this damn page anymore? Seems like there are no smartass comments and the responsibility is now placed upon my shoulders to offend and get others fired up.
Walt failed to comment that we also had a bit of an altercation with a cowboy this weekend who said that we were trespassing, while hunting waterfowl below the ordinary high water mark. He was upset because they lease that land and people have to pay to hunt there. Obviously, I disagreed with his interpretation of the stream access law and will post on this blog my opinionated stance and hopefully a newspaper or two will be interested as well.
Now I will offend...Don't any of you other bastards shoot things or do fun things to add to this blog site? Is fall the time that you sit on your ass and let the winter fat settle in. Working on your duration drinking skills? Are you studying up on Intelligent Design? Waiting for Big Brother to tell you what to read and what to write. What god to believe in. That Christianity is correct and every other religion is wrong. Sounds like the crusades to me. I thought that one of the basic principles within the founding of America and the bill of rights was religious freedom. I have the festivus pole all shined up and am ready for the airing of greivences and the feets of strength. Bring it on you BEEAAATTTTCHES!
Ed, it would seem that we are the only ones who hunt anymore. Jessie tried going to the Big Hole and rolled his rig. Zach attends weddings every weekend. Doc's probably cleaning toilets in Idaho somewhere. Art, what's up....kill anything yet? All you other slackers are probably thinking about skiing.
We been huntin'. In Choteau this week, we've bagged six whities between the four of us. Four does, two bucks, no damn elk though. Yeah, hell yeah, I'm looking forward to skiin' but I had to fill my tags first. Carnage pics a comin'
