I got a Selway permit! Sure the water will be high, hell the road might not even be open but I'm going!!! May 16th launch, float for a few days, take out, go to Wilderness Gateway float the Lochsa for a few more......ahhh the perfect week!

I have unintentionally swam in every river that I ever floated since I was six up until the time I bought my Cat. It is bad to tempt/show conceit to the River Goddess. She can be one cruel bitch. I hope to be there with you, but if the flows are ripping...I'll meet you on the Lochsa with a fresh bottle of Crown.
