Gallatin River Baby!!!!! Yeah

Hi, my name is Groover and I am a Spam-a-holic. We are NO LONGER planning on running the Gallatin this coming weekend, 5/19/06 DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE RIVER MAY BE AT FLOOD STAGE. This Blog is a challenge to to those who will join us on future adventures to come up with the best Spam recipe. The photos below portray a "Spam a la salsa" masterpiece made by Artie. Philly claims that the key is cooking out the evil first. I am not sure that Artie cooked out all of the evil, but my reaction could also be blamed on Selway water or Natty Light or whiskey. No matter.
