Annie and I went out for a night in the tipi. We snowshoed in two miles towing a pulk we rented from the trailhead. I think I might have to buy one of those.
I'm sure under different circumstances I could come up with a witty comeback to that, but I'm on vacation. As far as the hole in the ice...not a bad drinking pastime (what isn't) plus it give you something else to look at besides Ed, who probably got you up in the dark to make sure you get out there in time for the "bite".

I've been wearing those pants since I was 14 years old. They have original Gor-tex fabric and at this point they are not that waterproof anymore.
