I can gurantee you that I will be all over the 4-Rivers Lottery like stink on shit once the wife and I, and all our friends that applied for the fall Grand trips, get denied. The 2nd Grand lottery is occurring as I type.
Jester, my hat is off to you if you can swing a March Grand, and any other extended spring/summer trips.

I'm going for the Middle Fork when the fishing is better and oar blade bending season is over with. I still have yet to clean those 2 blades I killed on the last trip. I bet they are ripe by now. Preseason Selway anyone???? HMMMM.
Once I get my denial for the Grand, and then I get my denial for the 4-rivers, we can talk Selway. I am not going to lie to you Cleaver, I really like the idea of taking a week and running Cataract.

Just got off the phone with Ranger Patrick and he said that the results from the second Grand Lottery will not be out until Monday morning...Sunday evening at the earliest.
It's kinda frustrating all the hoops you have to jump through to get a Grand permit, retain it, and use it while in the mean time they can't even run a stupid lotter competently.
I'm down for cataract too eddie. Might be a nice change of scenery. I'm hoping for a MF trip though.
Connie and I got our Grand canyon denials. I am up for a MF too Cleaver. Someone needs to pull a permit though. Odds are 28-1 against us. Oh well, somebody has to win them. I, however, don't have the best of luck, so I look at lotteries like donations towards river karma.
Jon and I got our second grand denials.
